- If your request relates to Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, or another connected service, include the page, channel, username, or account identifier when available.
- Send the request using the prepared email flow below or through the official IMela support page.
- IMela may ask for verification before acting on the request and may retain limited records where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, financial, or dispute-resolution reasons.
What this may cover
- Account profile data and contact details associated with your IMela account, subject to verification and applicable retention obligations.
- Connected platform information stored by IMela for supported integrations, such as Facebook page connections, creator platform links, and related metadata.
- User-generated marketplace or campaign data where deletion is permitted and does not conflict with legal, operational, fraud-prevention, or financial recordkeeping requirements.
